Tufu is a delicious healthy and tast homely food which can be served as a balance diet. It is a purely vegetarian dish used as bruch or supper. Tufu is very easy to prepare and not much time consuming. Homely ingredients are required to prepare Tufu.

Main ingredients for preparing Tufu are

1. tender bamboo shoot ( 250 gram)
2. One teaspoon garlic paste
3. One teaspoon ginger paste
4. Some amount of mustard
5. Water ( enough)
6. Coriander leave paste
7. Few green chillies
8. Pepper (enough)
9. Coconut milk
10. A teaspoon of lime juice. (citric acid)
11. Oil ( enough)

For preparing Tufu, take 250 grams of tender bamboo shoots, mixed along with garlic paste, ginger paste, Coriander leave paste, pepper and lime juice and Keep it for half an hour so that the tender shoot become soft and mirchy.

Put two or three teaspoons of oil in a frypane and add greenchillies and mustard. Fry till a slight brownish color appear and add the above made preparation to it fry for few minutes add sufficient quantity of wate to it and cook the preparation. Now add coconut milk until it boils so that the preparation become slightly gravy.

Your tasty Tufu is now ready for serving.

Many times I feel someone should have with me. I could have spent time by talking each other. I think on it and I got many answers. I decided to act in some roles like movies. Unemployment is the biggest product of financial crisis. General Motors, the biggest automobile company in the world, has decided to avoid around 35,000 employees. Around 30,000 people lose their jobs in Lehman brothers, 15,000 in City Bank, and other lakhs of people in Informational Technology.

Barack Obama is trying hard to get ride of the present financial crisis in America. But the approved financial packages can really be effective in the present financial situation?

What is the ultimate remedy of the financial crisis globally? There is huge demand that the governments in every countries should have direct control over the financial sectors in countries. Production sectors like agriculture should be given more priorities. The education systems in the countries should be reviewed in the light of current financial crisis. The financial interest of common man should be given more priorities than the rich minorities. The major banks in the countries should be under the direct control of each governments. Public sectors should be given some sort of importance in the light of current financial crisis. Agriculture should be given top most priorities, more lands to be cultivated rather than more constructions.
